  1. Scope and Provider

    These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Ndiversity (hereinafter referred to as "Provider"), specifically the use of neurotype screenings, the AI mentor "N-Compass," and the "N-Nest" communities.

  2. Description of Services & Important Disclaimer

    No Medical Diagnosis: Ndiversity’s screenings and insights are designed solely for self-exploration and orientation. They explicitly do not constitute a medical or psychiatric diagnosis.

    AI Mentor (N-Compass): N-Compass is an AI-based support tool. Despite careful development by experts, AI-generated responses may contain errors.

    No Substitute for Therapy: Use of this platform is not a substitute for professional psychotherapy or medical treatment. In the event of an acute mental health crisis, please contact emergency services immediately.

  3. Registration and Use

    Use of the platform requires the creation of a user account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

    The services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over (or younger with explicit parental/guardian consent).

  4. Subscriptions and Payment Terms

    Basic features may be offered free of charge. Advanced features (e.g., "Insights," "N-Compass Full Access") require a paid subscription.

    Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the end of the respective billing period.

  5. Community Conduct (N-Nest)

    Within the "N-Nest," we prioritize respectful and non-discriminatory interaction.

    Insults, hate speech, or the sharing of sensitive third-party data will result in immediate exclusion. The Provider reserves the right to moderate or delete content.

  6. Data Privacy

    Protecting your sensitive data is our core priority. Information regarding the processing of your data, particularly health data as defined by the GDPR, can be found in our separate Privacy Policy.

  7. Limitation of Liability

    The Provider is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. No guarantee is provided for the accuracy of AI-generated content. The application of any provided strategies is at the user's own risk.

  8. Final Provisions

    These terms are governed by the laws of Ndiversity UG, Berlin, Germany. Should any individual provision be found invalid, the remainder of the contract remains in effect.
