How we protect your data
Ndiversity is a self-reflection tool developed with a certified psychotherapist. It is not a medical diagnosis. Here is exactly what data we handle and why. Questions: nidana.ndiversity@gmail.com

The following data is collected and connected to your account:
Contact info
- Email address, first and last name
- Used for: creating your account, signing in, and account-related emails (e.g. your welcome email). Never for advertising.
Profile
- Age range (self-reported)
- Used for: confirming you are 18 or older.
Health-related info
- Your self-assessment answers and your neurodiversity profile
- Used for: generating your personal results. This is sensitive data. We only process it with your explicit consent, and it is stored in the EU.
Messages
- Your AI chat conversations
- Used for: running the chat and your personal summaries. Processed by our AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI); they keep data for at most 30 days and never use it to train their models.
Some technical data is collected without being connected to your personal profile:
Diagnostics
- Server logs, including IP addresses
- Used for: security and troubleshooting. Automatically deleted after a short retention period.
Usage data
- Aggregate technical metrics (performance, error rates)
- Used for: keeping the service running reliably. Not tied to individual profiles.
- No advertising or tracking cookies — only a login session cookie
- No sharing your data with advertisers or ad networks
- No tracking you across other apps or websites
- No staff access to your chats, except for support you ask for
- No training AI models on your data
- No users under 18
- Your assessment data, profile, and chats are stored in the European Union (Ireland)
- Our sign-in provider (Clerk) and our AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) process limited data in the US under EU-approved safeguards
- Delete your account and all your data anytime in Settings
- Export a copy of your data
- Withdraw consent or ask us anything: nidana.ndiversity@gmail.com — we reply within one month
- You can also complain to your local data protection authority
